The Frazier CAT 46 is a general purpose full range controlled directivity loudspeaker designed for music and speech reproduction in small to medium size churches, auditoriums and theaters and for use as a monitor in recording and broadcast applications.
The CAT 46 consists of two subsystems in a single enclosure.
The primary subsystem consists of a controlled directivity radiator with a heavy duty 8″ cone type midrange transducer in a 90 x 90 conic horn.
A 2″ x 6″ high frequency horn with a ferrofluid cooled driver is centrally placed in the midrange horn.
The secondary subsystem consists of a heavy duty 12″ woofer.
It’s well controlled directional behavior, sonic accuracy, and compact dimensions simplify sound system design and installation.
